Documents are stored in specific size boxes all of which are available for sale from EasyCorp UK “Archive” (please click here to view our accepted box sizes). Our boxes are designed for longer life span in storage. They are overall more solid allowing them to sustain more frequent movement when retrieved out of storage by a client. Clients are welcome to submit their own boxes for storage granted they are in average condition (please be aware that EasyCorp UK “Archive” will repackage oversize and damaged boxes at our standard charge.

Data is stored in a various ways within our facility the most suitable format will be discussed at our briefings prior to account setup.

Your staff are also welcome to collect / deliver files or boxes by pre-arrangement during normal office hours (8.30am - 5.30pm) Please Note: only authorised staff will be given access to your information, if they are not on our list, they will be refused access until verified.
